റാശിദ് ബിൻ സഈദ് അൽ മക്തും
ഐക്യഅറബ് എമിറേറ്റിൻറെ വൈസ് പ്രസിഡൻറും രണ്ടാമത് ദുബൈ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുമായിരുന്നു റാശിദ് ബിൻ സഈദ് അൽ മക്തും (11 June 1912 – 7 October 1990) (അറബി: راشد بن سعيد آل مكتوم) 1958 മുതൽ 199വരെയുള്ള 32 വർഷം ഇദ്ദേഹം ഭരണം നടത്തി.[2]
