നർത്തകൻ മുമ്പോട്ടു നീക്കാൻ കാണിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് പുറകോട്ട് പോകുന്ന ഒരു തരം നൃത്ത നീക്കമാണ് '''മൂൺവാക്ക്'''.[1]. മോടൊൻ 25: അന്നും,ഇന്നും, എന്നും എന്ന പരിപാടിക്കിടെ മാർച്ച് 25, 1983 നു മൈക്കൽ ജാക്സൺ ബില്ലി ജീൻ എന്ന ഗാനം അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ ഇത് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചതോടെയാണിത് ലോകപ്രശസ്തമാകുന്നത്[2] ഇത് പിന്നീട് ജാക്സന്റെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ഒരു നൃത്ത ശൈലിയയി മാറി[3][4]
