ഫ്രുംസെൻഗ്ല നാഷണൽ പാർക്ക് (മുൻപ് Thrumshingla National Park) (ཕྲུམ་སེང་རྒྱལ་ཡོང་གླིང་ག) [formerly Thrumshingla National Park]മദ്ധ്യ ഭൂട്ടാനിലെ നാലു ജില്ലകളിലായി ഏകദേശം 905 ചതുരശ്ര കിലോമീറ്റർ (349 ച മൈൽ) പ്രധാനമായും മോംഗാർ ജില്ലയിലുമായി വ്യാപിച്ചു കിടക്കുന്നു. ലാറ്ററൽ റോഡിലൂടെ ഇത് രണ്ടായി വിഭജിക്കുന്നു. ഇവിടെ ത്രുംഷിങ്ല ലാ പാസ് കാണപ്പെടുന്നു.
