ഫോലി ദ്വീപ് (Foley Island) കാനഡയിലെ നുനാവടിലെ ക്വിക്കിഗ്തലൂക്ക് പ്രദേശത്തെ കനേഡിയൻ ആർട്ടിക് ദ്വീപസമൂഹത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായുള്ള ഒരു ആൾത്താമസമില്ലാത്ത ദ്വീപാണ്. ഇത് ഫോക്സ് ബെസിനിലുള്ള ബാഫിൻ ദ്വീപിന്റെ തെക്കൻ തീരത്താണു സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇതിന്റെ വിസ്തീർണ്ണം 637 km2 (246 sq mi)ആകുന്നു.[1]
