Ubisoft grants anyone the right to use such images for any purpose, including redistribution, derivative works and commercial use, provided the image is attributed to Ubisoft. Evidence of the permission is archived in the Wikimedia PR department's Open Ticket Request System (OTRS), under ticket number 20051200210003144. More information here.

Make sure you only apply this tag to games owned by Ubisoft (e.g. the Tom Clancy games, Rayman, Myst) not games merely published by Ubisoft (e.g. Puzzle Pirates, Lumines). This is more of a concern in Europe, where Ubisoft does a great deal of secondary publishing, than other regions.
