According to the Venezuelan Law of Industrial Property (Proclaimed in extraordinary official gazette No. 25.227, December 10th, 1956), Chapter IV, Article 33, Ordinal 2nd, Venezuelan official symbols are public domain and they cannot be copyrighted by anyone. They can be copied and reproduced without any permission from the Venezuelan government or anyone else unless they are being copied or reproduced with foul intentions.
