ഫലകം:ISO 639 name om is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code om, for example: {{Translated page |om |name of page at Oromo Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Oromo Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Oromo Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |om}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|om| some text in Oromo}} wraps the text with <span lang="om"> and could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code om to include articles in Category:Articles containing Oromo-language text (may be created using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |Oromo |om}}). Also available is {{Lang-om |some text in Oromo}} which displays as Oromo: some text in Oromo.
- {{R from other language|om|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Oromo-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|om}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Oromo-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
