ഫലകം:ISO 639 name ky is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code ky, for example: {{Translated page |ky |name of page at Kyrgyz Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Kyrgyz Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Kyrgyz Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |ky}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|ky| some text in Kyrgyz}} wraps the text with <span lang="ky"> and could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code ky to include articles in Category:Articles containing Kyrgyz-language text (may be created using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |Kyrgyz |ky}}). Also available is {{Lang-ky |some text in Kyrgyz}} which displays as Kyrgyz: some text in Kyrgyz.
- {{R from other language|ky|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Kyrgyz-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|ky}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Kyrgyz-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
