ഫലകം:ISO 639 name hif is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code hif, for example: {{Translated page |hif |name of page at Fiji Hindi Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Fiji Hindi Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Fiji Hindi Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |hif}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|hif| some text in Fiji Hindi}} wraps the text with <span lang="hif"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Fiji Hindi-language text. Also available is {{Lang-hif |some text in Fiji Hindi}} which displays as Fijian Hindustani: some text in Fiji Hindi.
- {{R from other language|hif|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Fiji Hindi-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|hif}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Fiji Hindi-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
