ഷൈബാനി ഖാന്റെ മരണത്തെത്തുടർന്ന് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ബന്ധുക്കൾ സാമ്രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ ഭരണം തുടർന്നു. പിന്നീട് ഇവരുടെ പിൻ‌ഗാമികൾ 1598 വരെ ബുഖാറയിലും, 1695 വരെ ഖ്വാറസമിലും (ഖീവ), 1598 വരെ സിബിറിലും ഭരണം നടത്തിയിരുന്നു.
