::Thank you so much! Re: the task, I pinged Pau on Phab. Could you point to a few examples of such "substandard translation probably from machine translation even in Wikimedia messages"? The organization relies on volunteer and/or paid translators, not on machine translation. Of course it is possible that these people use MT to a certain extent, but them using it has nothing to do with Content translation. Content translation is for articles only.
