തൈമൂർ ഖാൻ യുവാൻ രാജവംശത്തിലെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ രാജാവായിരുന്നു. ചൈന ചക്രവർത്തി എന്നതിന് പുറമെ മംഗോളിയയുടെ ആറാമത്തെ മഹാഖാനായും തൈമൂറിനെ കണക്കാക്കുന്നു, എങ്കിലും മംഗോൾ സാമ്രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വിഭജനത്തെ തുടർന്ന് ഇതൊരു നാമധേയ പദവി മാത്രമാണ്
