'''നിദാ ഫാസ്ലി''' (ഉർദു:ندا فاضلی) [[ഉർദു]]വിലെ ഒരു പ്രസിദ്ധ കവിയും സിനിമാ ഗാനരചയിതാവുമായിരുന്നു.<ref>{{cite news| url=http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2009-11-10/mumbai/28096040_1_marathi-official-language-oath | work=[[The Times of India]]| title=Citizens decry petty politics | date=10 November 2009}}</ref><ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.hindu.com/2007/08/06/stories/2007080654160400.htm |title=When writing poetry becomes a 'business'|work=[[The Hindu]] |date=6 August 2007}}</ref> അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പൂർണ നാമം ''മുഖ്തദ ഹസൻ നിദാ ഫാസലി'' എന്നാണ്. നിദാ ഫാസലി ജനിച്ചത് ഡെൽഹിയിലെ ഒരു കശ്മീരി കുടുംബത്തിലാണ്. പക്ഷേ അദ്ദേഹം പഠിചതും വളർന്നതും ഗ്വാളിയോറിലാണ്. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ അച്ഛനും ഒരു ഉർദു കവിയായിരുന്നു. 2016 ഫെബ്രുവരി 8 ന് ഹൃദയാഘാതത്തെ തുടർന്ന് നിദാ ഫാസലി മുംബൈയിൽ അന്തരിച്ചു.
