പെൽവിക് ഓർഗൻ പ്രോലാപ്‌സ് ക്വാണ്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻസ് സിസ്റ്റം
പെൽവിക് അവയവങ്ങളുടെ പ്രോലാപ്‌സിന്റെ അളവ് വിലയിരുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള ഒരു സംവിധാനമാണ് പെൽവിക് ഓർഗൻ പ്രോലാപ്‌സ് ക്വാണ്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻസ് സിസ്റ്റം (POP-Q). ഇത് ക്ലിനിക്കൽ കണ്ടെത്തലുകളുടെ രോഗനിർണയം, താരതമ്യം, ഡോക്യുമെന്റിംഗ്, പങ്കിടൽ എന്നിവയെ സഹായിക്കുന്നു.[1][2]പെൽവിക് ഓർഗൻ പ്രോലാപ്‌സുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഗവേഷണ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങളിൽ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്[3][4] ഈ വിലയിരുത്തലാണ്.[4]

POP-Q ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വിലയിരുത്തുമ്പോൾ, പെൽവിക് അവയവങ്ങളുടെ പ്രോലാപ്‌സിന്റെ വ്യാപനം 50% വരെയായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. അതേസമയം രോഗലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ വഴിയുള്ള രോഗനിർണയം 3-6% ആണ്.[2]മൂല്യനിർണയ സമ്പ്രദായം പരിഷ്കരിക്കണമെന്ന് ചിലർ വാദിക്കുന്നു[5]
