നിസിം എസക്കിയേൽ
കവിയും,നാടകകൃത്തും,കലാവിമർശകനുമായിരുന്നു നിസിം എസക്കിയേൽ.(ജ:14 ഡിസം:1924 – 9 ജനു: 2004).ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലെഴുതുന്ന ഇന്ത്യൻ എഴുത്തുകാരിൽ പ്രമുഖനുമായിരുന്നു എസക്കിയേൽ. Latter-Day Psalms" എന്ന കവിതാസമാഹാരത്തിനു 1983 ൽ സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി പുരസ്ക്കാരം നൽകപ്പെട്ടു.[2]
