ജൂലിയ അൽവാരെസ് (ജനനം : മാർച്ച് 27, 1950) ഒരു ഡൊമിനിക്കൻ-അമേരിക്കൻ കവയിത്രിയും നോവലിസ്റ്റും ലേഖനരചയിതാവുമാണ്. അൽവാരെസ് മുഖ്യധാരയിലേയ്ക്കുയർന്നത്, “How the García Girls Lost Their Accents” (1991), “In the Time of the Butterflies” (1994), “Yo!” (1997) എന്നീ നോവലുകൾ പ്രസദ്ധീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടതോടെയാണ്.
