ചൂട് നീരുറവ

ചൂട് നീരുറവ (Hot spring) ഭൂമിയ്ക്കുള്ളിലെ ചൂടുകൊണ്ട് ചൂടാകുന്ന ഭൂഗർഭജലം ഭൂമിയുടെ ഉപരിതലത്തിലേയ്ക്കുയർന്നു വരുന്ന നീരുറവയാണ്. ഈ ഉറവകളിൽ ചിലത് കുളിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സുരക്ഷിതമായ ചൂടുള്ള ജലത്തിന്റെ ഉറവയാണ്. ചില നീരുറവകൾ ചൂട് കൂടുതലായതിനാൽ പൊള്ളലേൽക്കുകയോ മരണത്തിനോ കാരണമാകാം.
