കോമള വരദൻ
ഭാരതീയയായ ഭരതനാട്യ നർത്തകിയും എഴുത്തുകാരിയുമാണ് കോമള വരദൻ. [1] കല, സാഹിത്യ സംസ്കാര സംരംഭങ്ങളെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി കലൈക്കൂടം എന്ന സ്ഥാപനം രൂപീകരിച്ചു പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു.[2] സ്വദേശത്തും വിദേശത്തും നിരവധി അവതരണങ്ങൾ നടത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. നാഷണൽ ഗ്യാലറി ഓഫ് മോഡേൺ ആർട്സിലും റഷ്യൻ കൾച്ചറൽ സെന്ററിലും പെയിന്റിംഗ് പ്രദർശനം നടത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.[3] ഭരതനാട്യം കേന്ദ്ര പ്രമേയമാക്കി രണ്ട് നോവലുകളും രചിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. നാഷണൽ ഫിലിം അവാർഡ് ജൂറിയായിരുന്നു.[4]
