കൊളംബിയ കൗണ്ടി അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ ഫ്ലോറിഡ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ വടക്കൻ അതിർത്തിയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു കൗണ്ടിയാണ്. 2010 ലെ യു.എസ്. സെൻസസ് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള ഈ കൗണ്ടിയിലെ ജനസംഖ്യ 67,531 ആയിരുന്നു.[2] ഇതിന്റെ കൗണ്ടി സീറ്റ് ലേക് സിറ്റിയിലാണ്.[3]
