കോടിപകം നീലമേഘാചാര്യ ഗോവിന്ദാചാര്യ(ജനനം: 2 May 1943) രാഷ്ട്രീയ സ്വയംസേവക സംഘം പ്രചാരകനും സൈദ്ധാന്തികനുമാണ്. ഭാരതീയ ജനതാ പാർട്ടിയുടെ ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറിയായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ഇപ്പോൾ പാർട്ടി അംഗമല്ല[1]
