കവിത കൃഷ്ണൻ
ഓൾ ഇന്ത്യ പ്രോഗ്രസീവ് വിമൻസ് അസോസിയേഷന്റെ (AIPWA) സെക്രട്ടറിയാണ് കവിത കൃഷ്ണൻ (Kavita Krishnan).[2] സി പി എം (എം എലിന്റെ) Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) (CPI-ML) പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യൂറോ അംഗവും ആണ് കവിത.[3] പാർട്ടിയുടെ മാസികയായ ലിബറേഷന്റെ എഡിറ്റർ കവിതയാണ്.[4] 2012 ഡെൽഹി കൂട്ടബലാൽസംഗക്കേസിനുശേഷം സ്ത്രീകൾക്കു നേരെയുള്ള അതിക്രമങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി വ്യാപകപ്രചരണം നടത്തുന്നതിന്റെ മുൻപന്തിയിൽ കവിത ഉണ്ടയിരുന്നു. ആദ്യകാലജീവിതവും കുടുംബവും തിരുത്തുക
കൂനൂരിൽ ജനിച്ച കവിത വളർന്നത് ഛത്തീസ്‌ഗഢിലെ ഭീലായിലാണ്. അവിടത്തെ ഉരുക്കുഫാക്ടറിയിൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറായിരുന്നു ഇവരുടെ അച്ഛൻ, അമ്മ ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് അധ്യാപികയും. JNU വിൽ നിന്നും കവിത ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് സാഹിത്യത്തിൽ എം ഫിൽ നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
