കപൂർത്തല
പഞ്ചാബിലെ ഒരു നഗരമാണ് കപൂർത്തല (Kapurthala) (പഞ്ചാബി: ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ) കപൂർത്തല ജില്ലയുടെ ഭരണകേന്ദ്രം ഈ നഗരമാണ്. ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ സാമന്തരാജ്യമായിരുന്ന കപൂർത്തല രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ തലസ്ഥാനവും ഈ നഗരമായിരുന്നു. കപൂർത്തല കൊട്ടാരങ്ങളുടെയും ഉദ്യാനങ്ങളുടെയും നഗരമായി അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. 2011 -ലെ സെൻസസ് പ്രകാരം കപൂർത്തലയാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏറ്റവും ജനസംഖ്യ കുറഞ്ഞ നഗരം.[1]
