പ്രമുഖ സൂഫി ഗുരുനാഥയും കവയത്രിയുമായിരുന്നു ആയിശ അൽ ബാഹൂനിയ്യ എന്ന പേരിൽ അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ആയിശ ബിൻത് യൂസുഫ് അൽ ബാഹൂനിയ്യ. (English: ʿĀ’ishah bint Yūsuf al-Bāʿūniyyah )

ഇസ്ലാമിക ആത്മീയ വീക്ഷണങ്ങൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ മധ്യകാല വനിതകളിൽ പ്രമുഖയാണ്. ,[1] ഇരുപതാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിന് മുൻപ് മറ്റേതൊരു സ്ത്രീയേക്കാളും കൂടുതൽ രചനകൾ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.[2] അവരുടെ കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ സൂഫി പ്രവണതകളും സാഹിത്യ കഴിവുകളും പൂർണമായ ഫലപ്രാപ്തിയിലെത്തി. സിറിയയിലെ ഡമസ്‌കസിലാണ് ജനനവും മരണവും

ജീവിതം തിരുത്തുക

സിറിയയിലെ അലെപ്പോയിലും ഡമസ്‌കസിലും ഖാളിയായിരുന്ന ജറുസലേമിൽ അറബി വർഷം805ൽ/ ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് 1402ൽ ജനിച്ച യൂസുഫ് എന്ന യാളുടെ മകളാണ്. പിതാവ് 880/ 1475ൽ ഡമസ്‌കസിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടു. പ്രമുഖ കുടുംബമായ ബാഹൂനി പരമ്പരയിൽ പെട്ടയാളായിരുന്നു. 1517 ഡിസംബറിൽ - അറബി വർഷം 922 ദുൽ ഖഅദ് 16നാണ് ആയിശ മരണപ്പെടുന്നത്. എട്ടാം വയസ്സിൽ വിശുദ്ധ ഖുർആൻ മനപാഠമാക്കി. 1475ൽ മക്കയിലേക്ക് തീർത്ഥാടന യാത്രനടത്തി. അഹമ്മദ് ഇബ്‌ന് മുഹമ്മദ് ഇബ്ൻ നാഖിബ് അൽ അഷ്‌റഫ് എന്ന ആളെ വിവാഹം ചെയ്തു.

കെയ്‌റോയിലെ പഠനവും മരണവും തിരുത്തുക

919/1513ൽ ആയിശയും അവരുടെ മകനുമൊരുമിച്ച് ഡമസ്‌കസിൽ നിന്ന് കെയ്‌റോയിലേക്ക് താമസം മാറി. കെയ്‌റോയിൽ വെച്ച് ഇസ്ലാമിക നിയമത്തിൽ പഠനം നടത്തി. നിയമത്തിൽ ക്ലാസെടുക്കാനും ഫത്‌വ-അഭിപ്രായം പറയാനുമുള്ള യോഗ്യത നേടി. ഇസ്ലാമിക് വിധികൾ പറയുന്ന ജഡ്ജിയായി അംഗീകാരം ലഭിച്ചു.[3] 1516ൽ മകൻ ഇബ്‌ന് ആജയോടൊന്നിച്ച് കെയ്‌റോയിൽ നിന്ന് മടങ്ങി. 1517ൽ ഡമസ്‌കസിൽ വെച്ച് മരണമടഞ്ഞു.[4]
