അമാറില്ലോ, ടെക്സസ്
അമറില്ലോ(/ˌæməˈrɪloʊ/[6] AM-ə-RIL-oh; സ്പാനിഷ് ഭാഷയിൽ "മഞ്ഞ") യു.എസ് സംസ്ഥാനമായ ടെക്സസിലെ ഒരു നഗരവും പോട്ടർ കൗണ്ടിയുടെ ആസ്ഥാനവുമാണ്. ടെക്സസിലെ ഏറ്റവും ജനസംഖ്യയുള്ള 14-ാമത്തെ നഗരമെന്നതോടൊപ്പം ടെക്സസ് പാൻഹാൻഡിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ നഗരവുമാണിത്.[7] നഗരത്തിന്റെ ഒരു ഭാഗം റാൻഡാൽ കൗണ്ടിയിലേയ്ക്കും വ്യാപിച്ചുകിടക്കുന്നു. 2020 ഏപ്രിൽ 1 ലെ കണക്കനുസരിച്ച് അമറില്ലോയിലെ ജനസംഖ്യ 200,393 ആയിരുന്നു.[8] അമാരില്ലോ-പമ്പ-ബോർഗർ കംബൈൻഡ് സ്റ്റാറ്റിസ്റ്റഇക്കൽ മേഖലയിലാകമാനം 2020 ലെ കണക്കനുസരിച്ച് 308,297 ജനസംഖ്യയുണ്ട്.[9]

യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഒനിഡ എന്ന് പേരുണ്ടായിരുന്ന അമറില്ലോ നഗരം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത് ലാനോ എസ്റ്റകാഡോ മേഖലയിലാണ്.[10] ഫോർട്ട് വർത്ത് ആൻറ് ഡെൻവർ സിറ്റി റെയിൽ‌പ്പാത നൽകിയ റെയിൽ ഗതാഗതവും ചരക്ക് സേവന ലഭ്യതയും 19-ാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിന്റെ അവസാനത്തിൽ നഗരം ഒരു കന്നുകാലി വിപണന കേന്ദ്രമായി വളരുന്നതിന് കാരണമായി.[11]
