ലെക്സിങ്ടണ്‍ നഗരം [[കെന്റക്കി]] സം‌സ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏറ്റ്വും വലിയ രണ്ടാമത്തേതും അമേരിക്കന്‍ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ 66 -ആമതു വലുതും ആയ നഗരമാണ്‌.കെന്റക്കിയിലെ നീലപ്പുല്‍ മേഘലയുടെ ഹൃദയ ഭാഗത്തു സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഈ നഗരം 'ലോകത്തിന്റെ കുതിര തലസ്ഥാനം' എന്നും 'തറോബ്രെഡ് നഗരം' എന്നും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു.
