ന്യൂ യോർക്ക് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ക്വീൻസ് നഗരത്തിൽ ഉള്ള ഒരന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വിമാനത്താവളമാണ് ജോൺ എഫ്. കെന്നഡി അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വിമാനത്താവളം (IATA: JFK, ICAO: KJFK, FAA LID: JFK). 1948-ൽ ന്യൂ യോർക്ക് അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വിമാനത്താവളം എന്ന നാമധേയത്തിലാണ് പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചത്[5][6]. 1963-ൽ അന്നത്തെ മുപ്പത്തിഅഞ്ചാം അമേരിക്കൻ പ്രസിഡണ്ട് ആയിരുന്ന ജോൺ എഫ്. കെന്നഡിയുടെ വധത്തിന് ശേഷം അദ്ദേഹത്തിനോടുള്ള ആദരസൂചകമായി പേര് മാറ്റി ജോൺ എഫ്. കെന്നഡി അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വിമാനത്താവളം എന്ന് പുനർനാമകരണം ചെയ്തു[7][8][9].
