പഞ്ചാബിൽ ജീവിച്ച [[സൂഫി]]യും കവിയുമായിരുന്നു ഷാ ഹുസൈൻ.രജപുത്ത് രാജകുടുബത്തിലെ ദൂദി ശ്രേണിയിലെ ശൈഖ് ഉസ്മാന്റെ മകനായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം.പാകിസ്താനിലെ [[പഞ്ചാബ്]] പ്രവിശ്യയിലെ ലാഹോറിലാണ് അദ്ദേഹം ജനിച്ചത്.ഷാ ഹുസൈൻ ഫാക്വിർ എന്നപേരിലും ഇദ്ദേഹം അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു.
