മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രരംഗത്തെ ശ്രദ്ധേയയായ ഒരു നടിയാണ് ''രേഖ''. മലയാളത്തിലും തമിഴിലുമായി മുപ്പതിലധികം ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ രേഖ അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് 1986-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ''പുന്നഗൈ മന്നൻ'' എന്ന തമിഴ് ചിത്രമാണ് രേഖയുടെ ആദ്യ ചിത്രം. 1989-ൽ ആയിരുന്നു രേഖയുടെ ആദ്യ മലയാളചിത്രം.
