ഡെസ് മോയിൻസ് i/dᵻˈmɔɪn/ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ സംസ്ഥാനമായ ഐയവയുടെ തലസ്ഥാനവും സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏറ്റവും ജനസാന്ദ്രതയുള്ള പട്ടണവുമാണ. പോക്ക് കൌണ്ടിയുടെ കൌണ്ടി സീറ്റും കൂടിയാണീ പട്ടണം.പട്ടണത്തിൻറെ ഒരു ചെറിയ ഭാഗം വാറൻ കൌണ്ടിയിലേയ്ക്കും വ്യാപിച്ചു കിടക്കുന്നു. ഈ പട്ടണം ഫോർട്ട് ഡെസ് മോയിൻസ് എന്ന പേരിൽ സംയോജിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടത് 1851 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 22 നായിരുന്നു. 1857 ൽ പേരു ചുരുക്കി ഡെസ് മോയിൻസ് എന്നാക്കി മാറ്റി. സമീപത്തെ ഡെസ് മോയിൻസ് നദിയുടെ പേരിൽ നിന്നാണ് പട്ടണത്തിന് ഈ പേരു ലഭിച്ചത്. പട്ടണത്തിലെ ജനസംഖ്യ 2010 ലെ സെൻസസ് പ്രകാരം 203,433 ആണ്.
