::If a similar malayalam word is used in some source (ayurveda experts may know the apt word - this is a condition known to indegenous medical fields) the transliterated heading may be replaced by anyone. I dont know any malayalam word used in the same sense (this shows my ignorance). (how is it written in malayalam is the question - പരിണാം ശൂൽ - doesnt sound malayam at all) I feel that the title can be changed if the proper way of writing this in malayalam is available. "Peptic Ulcer" can be made a ''thirichuvidal'' and it can be mentioned inside the article.
