Hi Shiju, sorry for leaving you a message here but I thought I'd be most likely to reach you here. I am an admin on the Hindi wikipedia. We have had a situation where Krant M. L. Verma has been conducting himself pretty poorly (POV, sockpuppetry, autobiographical activity) and had to be blocked for 3 months. It was pointed out to me that you may have met him in person and so it may be inappropriate to block him as a sock (I hate blocking people in general and actually look for excuses not to do so). This may strike you as an odd question but, if you did meet him, how old would you say he was? We're seeing a pattern indicative of hijacking of multiple realworld identities for multiple sock constructions by one or two individuals (possibly one with access to two machines/IPs/proxies).
