സസ്യങ്ങൾ ഉൽപാദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഫലങ്ങളാണ് കിഴങ്ങുകൾ. ഇത് വേരിലോ കാണ്ഡത്തിലോ വെച്ചാണ് രൂപപ്പെടുന്നത്. വളരെയധികം പോഷക സമൃദ്ദമാണ് കിഴങ്ങുവർഗങ്ങൾ.
