ഭാവന
കാണുകയോ, കേൾക്കുകയോ, മറ്റിന്ദ്രിയങ്ങളാൽ ഗ്രഹിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലാത്ത കാര്യങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിൽ ചിത്രീകരിക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവാണ് ഭാവന. മനസ്സിലെ അനുഭവങ്ങളുടെ രൂപീകരണം എന്നും ഇതിനെ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കാറുണ്ട്. ഇത് ഭാവനാപരമായ മാറ്റങ്ങളോടെ ഉജ്ജ്വലമായ ഓർമ്മകൾ പോലുള്ള മുൻകാല അനുഭവങ്ങളുടെ പുനഃസൃഷ്ടികളാകാം.[1]
