ഗുജറാത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ നാടോടി ഗായികയും നടിയുമാണ് കിഞ്ചൽ ദേവ് (ജനനം: 24 നവംബർ 1999). 2016 ലെ "ചാർ ചാർ ബംഗഡിവാലി ഗഡി" എന്ന ഗാനത്തിലൂടെ അവർ ശ്രദ്ധ നേടി.

കിഞ്ചൽ 1999 നവംബർ 24 ന്[1] അവർ ഗുജറാത്തിലെ പത്താനടുത്തുള്ള ഒരു ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ അദ്വൈത ബ്രാഹ്മണ കുടുംബത്തിൽ ജനിച്ചു. [2]

"ജൊനാദിയോ" എന്ന ഗുജറാത്തി ഗാനത്തിലൂടെയാണ് അവർ സംഗീത വ്യവസായത്തിൽ അരങ്ങേറ്റം കുറിച്ചത്. 2016-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ "ചാർ ചാർ ബംഗഡിവാലി ഗഡി" എന്ന ചാർട്ട്ബസ്റ്റർ ഗാനത്തിലൂടെ ദേവ് പ്രശസ്തിയിലേക്ക് ഉയർന്നു.[3][4] അവർക്കും അവരുടെ പ്രസാധകരായ RDC മീഡിയയ്ക്കും സ്റ്റുഡിയോ സരസ്വതി സ്റ്റുഡിയോയ്‌ക്കും എതിരെ റെഡ് റിബൺ എന്റർടൈൻമെന്റും ഓസ്‌ട്രേലിയയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഗുജറാത്തി ഗായകനായ കാർത്തിക് പട്ടേലും (കത്തിയവാഡി കിംഗ് എന്നും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു) പകർപ്പവകാശ ലംഘനത്തിന് കേസെടുത്തു. ചെറിയ മാറ്റങ്ങളോടെ തന്റെ യഥാർത്ഥ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ പകർപ്പാണ് ഈ ഗാനമെന്ന് പട്ടേൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടു. ദേവിന്റെ ഗാനം പുറത്തിറങ്ങുന്നതിന് മൂന്ന് മാസം മുമ്പാണ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ഗാനം യൂട്യൂബിൽ അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്തത്. 2014-ൽ മനുഭായ് റബാരി എഴുതിയ ഒരു യഥാർത്ഥ ഗാനമാണിതെന്ന് ദേവ് അവകാശപ്പെട്ടു. 2019 ജനുവരിയിൽ, അഹമ്മദാബാദ് കൊമേഴ്‌സ്യൽ കോടതി കേസ് തീർപ്പാക്കുന്നതുവരെ ഗാനം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്ന് ദേവിനെ വിലക്കി.[5] ഒരു മാസത്തിനുശേഷം ഗുജറാത്ത് ഹൈക്കോടതി ഈ നിയന്ത്രണം നീക്കി.[6][7] 2019 ഏപ്രിലിൽ, അധികാരപരിധിയിലെ പ്രശ്നം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി അഹമ്മദാബാദ് വാണിജ്യ കോടതി കേസ് തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞു.[8] 2019 സെപ്റ്റംബറിൽ അഹമ്മദാബാദ് സിവിൽ കോടതിയാണ് പുതിയ പകർപ്പവകാശ ലംഘന നോട്ടീസ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചത്. ഡേവിന്റെ പ്രസാധകരായ RDC മീഡിയയും സരസ്വതി സ്റ്റുഡിയോയും പകർപ്പവകാശ ലംഘനം അംഗീകരിക്കുകയും അവരുടെ പ്ലാറ്റ്‌ഫോമുകളിൽ നിന്ന് ഗാനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യാൻ സമ്മതിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അവരുടെ മറ്റ് ഗുജറാത്തി ഗാനങ്ങൾ "ചാർ ചാർ ബംഗ്ഡി വാലി ഗഡി", "അമേ ഗുജറാത്തി ലേരി ലാല", "ചോട്ടേ രാജ", "ഘടേ തോ ഘാതേ സിന്ദഗി", "ജയ് ആധ്യാശക്തി ആരതി", "ധൻ ചേ ഗുജറാത്ത്", [3][12] "മഖൻ ചോർ" എന്നിവയും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.

2018-ലെ ഗുജറാത്തി ചിത്രമായ ദാദാ ഹോ ദിക്രിയിലൂടെയാണ് അവർ അഭിനയരംഗത്തേക്ക് വന്നത്.[3] 2019-ൽ അവർ ഭാരതീയ ജനതാ പാർട്ടിയിൽ അംഗമായി.[13]

2019-ൽ, 12-ാമത് ഗൗരവ്വന്ത ഗുജറാത്തി അവാർഡുകളിൽ അവർക്ക് ഗൗരവ്ശാലി ഗുജറാത്തി അവാർഡ് ലഭിച്ചു.[14] 2020-ൽ, സംഗീത വിഭാഗത്തിൽ അവർക്ക് ഫീലിംഗ്സ് പ്രൈഡ് ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യ അവാർഡ് ലഭിച്ചു.[15]

2018ൽ പവൻ ജോഷി എന്ന വ്യവസായിയുമായി ദേവിന്റെ വിവാഹനിശ്ചയം നടന്നു.[12]
