8,000 മീറ്ററിലധികം ഉയരമുള്ള പർവതശിഖരങ്ങൾ

ഭൂമിയിലെ 8000 മീറ്ററിനുമേൽ ഉയരമുള്ള സ്വതന്ത്രമായി നിൽക്കുന്ന 14 കൊടുമുടികളെ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പദമാണ് എട്ടായിരക്കാർ (Eight-thousander). ഈ കൊടുമുടികളെല്ലാം ഏഷ്യയിൽ ഒന്നുകിൽ ഹിമാലയത്തിലോ കാറക്കോറത്തോ ആണ്. ഇവയുടെ എല്ലാത്തിന്റെയും ഉയർന്നപ്രദേശങ്ങൾ മരണ ഇടങ്ങളായി വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.

കീഴടക്കലിന്റെ ചരിത്രം തിരുത്തുക

ഈ കൊടുമുടികൾ കീഴടക്കുന്ന ചരിത്രത്തിന്റെ തുടക്കം ആൽബർട്ട് മമ്മറിയും നോർമൻ കോലിയും പാകിസ്താൻ കൈവശത്തിലുള്ള ഇന്ത്യൻ പ്രദേശത്തെ നംഗപർവതം 1895- ൽ കീഴടക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതോടെയാണ്. എന്നാൽ മഞ്ഞുമല ഇടിഞ്ഞുള്ള പ്രവാഹത്തിൽ മമ്മറിയും രണ്ട് ഗൂർഖകളും കൊല്ലപ്പെടുകയാണ് ഉണ്ടായത്.[1]

വിജയകരമായ ആദ്യത്തെ കീഴടക്കൽ ഫ്രഞ്ചുകാരനായ മോറിസ് ഹെർസോഗും ലൂയിസ് ലാകനെല്ലും കൂടി 1950 -ലെ ഫ്രഞ്ച് അന്നപൂർണ്ണ പര്യവേഷണത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി 1950 ജൂൺ 3-ന് അന്നപൂർണ്ണ കീഴടക്കുന്നതോടുകൂടിയാണ് തുടങ്ങുന്നത്.[2] മഞ്ഞുകാലത്തുള്ള ആദ്യകീഴടക്കൽ പോളണ്ടുകാരനായ സവാഡയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ എവറസ്റ്റിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. സിച്ചിയും വീലിക്കിയും 1980 ഫെബ്രുവരി 17 -ന് അവിടെത്തി.[3]

ഇറ്റലിക്കാരനായ റീൻഹോൾഡ് 1986 ഒക്ടോബർ 16 -ന് എല്ലാ 14 എണ്ണായിരക്കാരെയും കീഴടക്കുന്ന ആദ്യവ്യക്തിയായി. 1987-ൽ പോളണ്ടുകാരനായ കുകുസ്ക രണ്ടാമനുമായി. കുകുസ്കയാവട്ടെ ഈ കീഴടക്കലിന് ഒൻപതെണ്ണത്തിൽ പുതുവഴികളിൽക്കൂടിയാണ് യാത്രചെയ്തതും. മെസ്‌നർ ഓക്സിജന്റെ സഹായമില്ലാതെ എല്ലാ കൊടുമുടികളും കീഴടക്കി. പിന്നീട് 9 വർഷത്തിനുശേഷം 1995 -ലാണ് വേറൊരാൾ, സിറ്റ്‌സർലന്റുകാരനായ ലോറട്ടാനാണ് ഇത്തരത്തിൽ രണ്ടാമത് എല്ലാ കൊടുമുടികളും കീഴടക്കിയത്. 1998-2011 കാലത്ത് നേപാളിലെ ഫുർബ ടാഷി എട്ടായിരക്കാരുടെ മുകളിൽ 30 തവണ കയറി ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തവണ അവ കയറിയ ആളായി മാറി.[4] 1985 -2011 കാലത്ത് ജുവാനിറ്റോ ഒയിർസാബാൽ ഇവ 25 തവണ കയറി രണ്ടാമത് എത്തി.[5] [6]

14 കൊടുമുടിയും കീഴടക്കിയ ആദ്യവനിത 2010-ൽ ഈ നേട്ടം കൈവരിച്ച സ്പെയിൻകാരിയായ എഡൂൺ പസബാൻ ആണ്.[7] ഓക്സിജൻ ഇല്ലാതെ എല്ലാ കൊടുമുടിയും കയറിയ ആദ്യവനിത ആസ്ട്രിയക്കാരിയായ ഗെർലിണ്ട് കാൾട്ടൻബ്രണ്ണർ ആണ്. 2011 ആണ് ഇവർ ഇത് ചെയ്തത്.[8][9]

14 കൊടുമുടിയും ഒരുമിച്ച് കീഴടക്കിയ ആദ്യദമ്പതികൾ ഇറ്റലിക്കാരായ നിവേസ് മൊറോയിയും (ഓക്സിജൻ ഇല്ലാതെ കയറിയ രണ്ടാമത്തെ വനിത, അവരുടെ ഭർത്താവായ Romano Benet [it] ഉം 2017 -ൽ ആണ്. ആല്പിൻ രീതിയിൽ ഓക്സിജന്റെ സഹായമില്ലാതെ ആയിരുന്നു ഇവരുടെ വിജയം.[10]

14 കൊടുമുടിയും ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തവണ കീഴടക്കിയ രാജ്യക്കാരിൽ 7 വിജയികളോടെ ഇറ്റലി മുൻപന്തിയിൽ ആണ്. സ്പെയിൻ ആറും തെക്കൻ കൊറിയ 5 -ഉം കസാക്കിസ്ഥാനും പോളണ്ടും 3 വീതവും ആൾക്കാരുമയി പിന്നിൽ നിൽക്കുന്നു.
