കറുത്ത കാണ്ടാമൃഗം
വംശനാശ ഭീഷണി നേരിടുന്ന ജീവികളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് കറുത്ത കാണ്ടാമൃഗം. സെറോസ് ബൈക്കോർണിസ് എന്നാണ് ശാസ്ത്രനാമം. സമീപകാലം വരെ അനേകായിരം ആഫ്രിക്കയിൽ വിഹരിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ ഏതാനും ആയിരങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേയുള്ളു.
