ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ ചലച്ചിത്രനടനാണ് അജിത് കുമാർ (Tamil: அஜித் குமார்) (ജനനം: മേയ് 1, 1971).പ്രധാനമായും തമിഴിൽ അഭിനയിക്കുന്ന ഇദ്ദേഹം തെലുങ്ക്, ഹിന്ദി എന്നീ ഭാഷകളിലും അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇദ്ദേഹം മൂന്നു തവണ മികച്ച നടനുള്ള ഫിലിംഫെയർ അവാർഡ്‌ വാങ്ങിയ നടനാണ്‌ . ഇദ്ദേഹം തൊണ്ണൂറുകളുടെ അവസാനത്തിൽ തമിഴിലെ പ്രശസ്തനായ നടനായി. അരങ്ങേറ്റ ചിത്രം തെലുങ്ക് ചിത്രമായ പ്രേമ പുസ്തകം ആണ്. ഇത് 1992 ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങി. പക്ഷേ അജിത്തിന്റെ ശ്രദ്ധേയനാക്കിയ ചിതം തമിഴിലെ കാതൽ കോട്ടൈ (1996 )എന്ന ചിത്രമാണ്.

1999 ൽ അദ്ദേഹം മികച്ച നടനുള്ള ഫിലിംഫെയർ അവാർഡ് നേടി. വാലി എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഇരട്ടവേഷത്തിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചതിനാണ് ഈ പുരസ്കാരം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ലഭിച്ചത്.

ആദ്യ ജീവിതം തിരുത്തുക

അജിത് കുമാർ ജനിച്ചത് പാലക്കാട് (കേരളം ആണ്[അവലംബം ആവശ്യമാണ്]. ഒരു മാസം മാത്രമേ അവിടെ ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നുള്ളൂ. ശേഷം ഹൈദരാബാദൈലായിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പിതാവ് ഒരു തമിഴനും മാതാവ് ഒരു സിന്ധിയുമാണ്. പക്ഷേ, കൂടുതൽ തമിഴ് സംസ്കാരം ഉള്ളതു കൊണ്ട് പിന്നീട് വളർന്നത് ചെന്നൈയിലുമായതു കൊണ്ട് അജിത് തികഞ്ഞ ഒരു തമിഴ് സംസ്കാരമുള്ള ആളാ‍യി മാ‍റുകയായിരുന്നു. 1986 ൽ പഠിത്തം ഇടക്ക് വച്ച് അവസാനിപ്പിച്ച് അജിത് ഒരു പാർട് ടൈം മെക്കാനിക് ആയി ജോലി നോക്കുകയും മുഴുവ സമയ ബിസിനസ്സിൽ എർപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു.ഈ സമയത്ത് പല പരസ്യ സ്ഥപനങ്ങളുടെ പരസ്യങ്ങളിൽ അജിത് അഭിനയിച്ചു.ചെറുപ്പം മുതലേ അജിത്തിന് കാറോട്ടം മത്സരം വലിയ ഹരം ആയിരുന്നു .

അഭിനയ ജീവിതം തിരുത്തുക

തന്റെ 21 മത്തെ വയസ്സിലാണ് അജിത് തന്റെ ചലച്ചിത്ര അഭിനയം തുടങ്ങിയത്.[3] അതിനു ശേഷം ഒരു പാട് വിജയച്ചിത്രങ്ങളിൾ അജിത് അഭിനയിച്ചു. ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ തമിഴ് ചിത്രം അമരാവതി ആണ്. ഇതിൽ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിനു ശബ്ദം നല്കിയത് മറ്റൊരു പ്രമുഖ നടനായ വിക്രം ആണ് . ഈ സിനിമക്ക് ശേഷം ഒരു മത്സരഓട്ടത്തിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് പരിക്ക് പറ്റി ഒന്നര വർഷക്കാലം വിശ്രമത്തിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. 1995 ആസൈ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിൽ അദ്ദേഹം അഭിനയിച്ചു. ഇത് വളരെ വലിയ ഹിറ്റ്‌ ആയിരുന്നു. തുടർന്നുള്ള കാലത്തിൽ ഒരുപാടു റൊമാന്റിക്‌ സിനിമകളിലൂടെ അദ്ദേഹം തമിഴിലെ യുവാക്കളുടെ ഇടയിൽ വലയ ഹരമായി. ഈ കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ വാലി (1999) എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിന് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ആദ്യ ഫിലിംഫെയർ അവാർഡ് ലഭിച്ചു. ശേഷം മലയാളത്തിന്റെ മമ്മൂട്ടിക്കൊപ്പം 'കണ്ടു കൊണ്ടേൻ കണ്ടു കൊണ്ടേൻ' എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലും അഭിനയിച്ചു . പിന്നീട് ദീന ,സിറ്റിസൻ ,വില്ലൻ തുടങ്ങിയ ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചു .എന്നാൽ 2003 ന് ശേഷം അദ്ദേഹം കാറോട്ടത്തിൽ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുവാൻ സിനിമകളുടെ എണ്ണം കുറച്ചു . ഈ കാലയിളവിൽ പിൽക്കാലത്ത് ഹിറ്റ്‌ ആയ ഗജിനി ഉൾപെടെയുള്ള ചിത്രങ്ങൾ അദ്ദേഹം വേണ്ടെന്നു വെച്ചു . 2006 ൽ 'വരലാരു' എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ അജിത്‌ തന്റെ പഴയ സ്ഥാനം തിരികെ നേടി . 2007 ൽ തമിഴിൽ കോളിളക്കം സൃഷ്‌ടിച്ച 'ബില്ല' പുറത്തിറങ്ങി . മേല്പറഞ്ഞ രണ്ടു ചിത്രങ്ങളും വാലിക്ക് ശേഷം വീണ്ടും ഫിലിംഫെയർ അവാർഡ് നേടിക്കൊടുത്തു. തന്റെ 50-മത് ചിത്രം മങ്കാത തമിഴിലെ വലിയ ആഘോഷം ആയിട്ടാണ് പുറത്തിറക്കിയത് . ഇത് തമിഴിലെ വലിയ റെക്കോർഡ്‌ ചിത്രവും ആയിരുന്നു . അജിത്തിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ ചിത്രമായ വിവേകത്തിന്റെ ടീസർ ഏറ്റവും വേഗത്തിൽ അഞ്ച് ദശലക്ഷം വ്യൂസ് നേടുന്ന ടീസർ എന്ന റെക്കോഡും, ടീസർ പുറത്തിറങ്ങി 12 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളിൽ കരസ്ഥമാക്കി [4]

2001 ൽ അജിത് ഹിന്ദി നടനായ ഷാരൂഖ് ഖാൻന്റെ സഹോദരനായി അശോക എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചു.

സ്വകാര്യ ജീവിതം പിന്നെ പ്രസിദ്ധിയും തിരുത്തുക

1999 ൽ പരിചയപ്പെട്ട് അക്കാലത്തെ മലയാളചലച്ചിത്ര നടിയായിരുന്ന ശാലിനിയെയാണ് അജിത് വിവാഹം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു ഹിന്ദുവായ അജിത് ക്രിസ്ത്യാനിയായ ശാലിനിയെ വിവാഹം ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ രണ്ട് മതങ്ങളുടെ അനുഷ്ഠാനങ്ങൾ അനുസരിച്ച് തന്റെ വിവാഹം നടത്തുകയുണ്ടായി. 2000 ലാണ് ഇവരുടെ വിവാഹം കഴിഞ്ഞത്. 2008 ൽ ഇവർക്ക് ഒരു ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടി ജനിച്ചു. അനുഷ്ക എന്നാണ് ഇവരുടെ മകളുടെ പേര്.
